Westland Row CBS PPU is a membership association which collects limited personal data on Its members sufficient to allow the PPU to function. Specifically the Row PPU holds names, addresses, phone and/or e-mail contacts of the membership base.
The Row PPU hold this data for the purpose of informing members of the PPU of upcoming events, such as dates regarding the annual dinner and Mass dates and times in memory of deceased PPU members. This also allows for sharing information relating to the school, including financial assistance provided by the Row PPU to the School or to current school pupils.
When the Row PPU contacts its members by general e-mail or bulk SMS messages, members contact details are not visible to others on the mailing list.
Occasionally the Row PPU is contacted by past pupils seeking contact with named class friends with whom they have lost contact. The Row PPU will only release contact details with specific consent. Otherwise the Row PPU will not share contact details with any third parties. The Row PPU will hold personal contact data securely for as long as the PPU members remains a PPU member.
Finally, every effort will be made to keep control of data practices relevant and up to date.
